Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service & Valet Duties
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless first impression.
Assist with luggage handling, safe storage, accurate labelling and timely delivery to rooms.
Provide helpful and proactive information about the hotel, the region, routes and local attractions.
Handle guest vehicles with the utmost care - parking, retrieving and transporting as required.
Chauffeur Duties
Transport guests safely and discreetly using hotel vehicles.
Select the fastest and safest routes depending on weather and road conditions.
Maintain a clean, well-kept fleet and report any damage or technical issues immediately.
Hotel Operations Support
Keep the arrival area, valet zone and entrances clean, tidy and welcoming.
Deliver mail, parcels and small items to rooms or internal departments.
Coordinate with Reception, Concierge and Guest Relations to ensure smooth service flow.
Required Experience
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Chauffeur, Valet or Driver in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment

Experience with guest-facing service roles in premium settings.
Skills & Competencies
Professional appearance and exceptional guest etiquette.
Strong sense of responsibility, discretion and reliability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Calm under pressure and confident in challenging weather conditions (mountain driving).
Languages
German: fluent
- required.
English: good command
(B1+) for international guests.
Additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a plus.
Licences
Valid
Category B
driving licence.
Passenger transport permit (BPT121 / professional licence) is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Other Requirements
EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work rights.
Good regional orientation or willingness to quickly learn local routes.
