HEAD OF PRIME SERVICES - SWITZERLAND, ITALY & FRANCE (W/M/D)

YOUR MISSION

• You hold full operational and disciplinary responsibility for the Aspire Lounges and Prime Services at Zurich Airport.
• Together with your team, you ensure smooth daily operations and deliver outstanding service quality for our guests.
• You drive the continuous development and optimization of lounges and services, aligned with Swissport's global standards and local needs.
• Managing staff, budgets, and results is part of your daily routine while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Within the CHIF region, you act as a strategic advisor, supporting projects and ensuring alignment between local, regional, and global stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field forms the foundation of your expertise.
• You have proven leadership experience in hospitality, premium services, or airport lounge management and solid expertise in Food & Beverage operations.
• You combine hands-on operational leadership with strategic vision and can successfully manage projects from lounge design to expansion.
• Communication comes easily to you in both German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
• With your entrepreneurial mindset, intercultural competence, and resilience, you inspire teams and align stakeholders towards shared success.
