MATCHBOX SOLUTIONS MANAGER INDUSTRY RELATION (M/F/D)

YOUR MISSION

In this role you will be representing Matchbox Solutions towards leading aviation industry stakeholders such as DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk and self-service kiosk manufacturers etc. You are acting as the primary ambassador positioning Matchbox as the industry reference for travel document validation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Building and nurturing senior-level relationships within the aviation technology ecosystem Leading strategic partnerships, business development initiatives and high-level negotiations Driving the integration and recognition of Matchbox across the industry platforms, standards and products Collaborating with product-, marketing- and strategy teams to align market needs with innovation Providing expert insights on industry trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities Contributing to sales targets and revenue growth through industry partnerships

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in business administration, aviation management, information systems or comparable qualification Proven track record in business development, industry relations or partner management in aviation industry Experience representing a company in international forums and standardization bodies Strong knowledge of passenger processing, regulatory compliance and airline-IT systems Knowledge of project management Further experience in sales, business development or stakeholder management is an advantage Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are an asset Extensive professional network in the aviation-IT- and ground handling industry, especially with DCS providers, IATA, SITA, kiosk manufacturers and related stakeholders Solid knowledge of MS Office Willingness to travel occasionally (up to ~20%), based on business needs
