Key Responsibilities
Advising guests on their choice of food and beverages
Selling and recommending selected wines
Welcoming and looking after guests
Breakfast service and a la carte service in the evening
Various cashier duties (Micros system)
Daily mise en place tasks
Managing your own station in the Neora restaurant
Serving food and beverages
Participating in weekly training sessions
Working according to Kempinski standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Great interest in team-oriented work
Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
You are happy to take responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to younger colleagues
Very good knowledge of Greek, German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
