As a Chef de Rang we will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Professional advice and support for our guests on the rooftop bar
  • Professional serving of food and drinks
  • Excellent product and sales knowledge
  • Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, in compliance with our quality standards
  • Provision of the required mise en place
  • Supporting the Rooftop Supervisor in the management of daily tasks
  • Booking all sales in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting
  • Assisting with the preparation and implementation of special events
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines
We expect from you:
  • A completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy. Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of the Infrasys cash register system and the SevenRooms booking system would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
As the Rooftop Supervisor you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Leading your own team and ensuring smooth and guest-oriented workflows on the rooftop bar
  • Feedback and training of your team
  • Taking and preparing orders
  • Professional in-room serving of food and drinks
  • Professional advice and customer care for our guests
  • Excellent product and sales knowledge
  • Check accuracy of order before delivering - be sure it is complete
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction with the highest quality standards and professional handling of guest complaints
  • Responsible for the correct accounting of your area
  • Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines
We expect from you:
  • Completed vocational training in the upscale hotel or catering industry, ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Leadership, organizational skills and the ability to lead a team of employees from different cultures with sensitivity and discipline
  • Expressiveness, open-mindedness and team spirit
  • Written and verbal communication skills - guests will come to you with both complaints and positive feedback
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of the Infrasys cash register systems and the SevenRooms booking system would be advantageous
As a Barkeeper you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Professional and personal service and advice to our guests
  • Professional preparation and serving of drinks according to the highest standards
  • Ensuring smooth and guest-oriented work processes
  • Adherence to and assurance of quality standards
  • Providing the necessary mise en place and conducting daily inventories
  • Participation in the preparation for events
  • Booking all sales in the cash register system and carrying out correct cash accounting
  • Compliance with safety regulations
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines
We expect from you:
  • Professional experience in upscale gastronomy
  • High expertise in beverage knowledge, especially about cocktails
  • Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and booking systems is an advantage
