Offriamo un contratto di lavoro per la posizione di "Chef de Service", per data da convenire.
Wir offerieren einen Arbeitsvertrag fur die Position als "Chef de Service" in unseren Restaurants, Eintritt nach Vereinbarung.
Chef de Service:

• Apertura e chiusura dei ristoranti
• Sostegno ai Maitres di sala nella gestione della brigata e rispetto degli standard aziendali
• Servizio a la carte, pensioni e Room Service
• Supporto al bar quando richiesto
• Allestimento delle sale e gestione degli eventi, banchetti e conferenze
• Gestione della cassa
• Pulizia e riassetto delle aree ristorative

• Eroffnung und Schliessung der Restaurants
• Unterstutzung der Maitres bei der Fuhrung der Servicebrigade und Einhaltung der Standards
• A la carte-Service, Halbpensionen und Roomservice
• Bei Bedarf Einsatze an der Bar
• Einrichten der Meetingraume sowie Betreuung der verschiedenen Events, Bankette und Konferenzen
• Fuhren der Kasse
• Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten im Restaurantbereich

Profilo richiesto:

• Dal diploma all'attestato di scuola professionale nel settore Alberghiero e/o ogni persona motivata in questo settore di attivita con esperienza negli alberghi 5 stelle
• Lingue richieste: padronanza della lingua italiana e tedesca, possibilmente francese ed inglese
• Buona motivazione e predisposizione alla vendita
• Orientamento al cliente, flessibilita, spirito di gruppo e attenzione alla qualita sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche che la contraddistinguono

• Fahigkeitszeugnis und/oder jede motivierte und enthusiastische Person, welche Berufserfahrung in ahnlicher Position sowie in der 5* Hotellerie mitbringt
• Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch, Deutsch und wenn moglich Franzosisch und Englisch
• Hohe Motivation und Verkaufstalent
• Gasteorientiert, flexibel, teamfahig sowie qualitatsbewusst sind nur einige Attribute, welche Sie auszeichnen
