Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize the patisserie at the highest level - from a la carte and banquets to afternoon tea and innovative dessert creations
  • Develop and implement creative, seasonal dessert concepts while incorporating current trends and maintaining top-quality standards
  • Manage, motivate, and train a dedicated team of patissiers
  • Work closely with the kitchen and F&B management to continuously enhance our culinary offerings
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality regulations according to HACCP standards
  • Start immediately or by agreement

This is you
  • Completed training as a patissier
  • Several years of experience as a Chef Patissier or Sous Chef Patissier in luxury 5-star hospitality
  • Creativity, innovative spirit, and a strong sense for taste, textures, and presentation
  • Leadership skills with high social competence and an eye for talent development
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
  • languages: English and Italian, German is a Plus
Grand Hotel Kronenhof
Zwischen 1848 und 1900 ist das Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina entstanden. Ein Haus der Luxusklasse, innen und aussen denkmalgeschutzt, gehort es zu den architektonisch bedeutendsten Hotels der Alpen aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. Pontresina ist unweit vom mondanen St. Moritz, 1800 m u.M. mitten in einer atemberaubenden Landschaft gelegen.
Der Kronenhof gehort zu den fuhrenden 5 Sterne Superior Hausern im Oberengadin und war das GaultMillau-Hotel des Jahres 2008. Unser Hotel erhielt unter anderem sechs der begehrten Travellers' Choice Awards des Onlineportals TripAdvisor und wurde zum besten Hotel der Welt ausgezeichnet. Ausserdem wurde uns von Schweiz Tourismus der Prix Bienvenu verliehen, der Award als gastfreundlichstes Luxushotel der Schweiz.
Unser Hotel verfugt uber 112 luxuriose Suiten und Zimmer verschiedener Kategorien. Neben der grosszugigen Wellnessanlage laden das "Grand Restaurant" in klassischem neubarocken Stil (300 Sitzplatze, 2. bestes HP-Restaurant der Schweiz), das a-la-carte Gourmet-Restaurant "Kronenstubli" (16 Punkte GaultMillau), die Bar und das Sonnenrestaurant "Le Pavillon" unsere internationalen Gaste zum Erholen und Verweilen ein.
