Fur unsere QA Abteilung in Dubendorf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Laborant/in Lebensmittel-Analytik m/w 80 - 100%

Zu Ihren Verantwortlichkeiten gehoren:

Durchfuhrung, Beurteilung und Auswertung chemischer und physikalischer Analysen von Roh- und Zusatzstoffen, Fertig- und Entwicklungsprodukten inkl. Dokumentation Entwicklung und Durchfuhrung von analytischen Methoden Uberwachung / Wartung von Geraten (inkl. Kalibrierung) Sensorische Kontrolle (Degustation) von Rohmaterialien und Fertigprodukten Unterstutzung bei sensorischen Prufungen / Degustation Erstellung von Analysezertifikaten Teilnahme an Ringtests Koordination und Durchfuhrung verschiedener Monitoring Programme (Bsp. Allergene) Koordinierung und Durchfuhrung von Lagertests Verschiedene administrative Arbeiten wie Bestellwesen Labormaterial, Dokumentenerstellung, etc.

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mind. 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung in ahnlicher Umgebung Gute Kenntnisse in Word, Excel Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil Sprachen: fliessend Deutsch und Englisch Teamfahigkeit und Einsatzfreude Sorgfaltiges, gewissenhaftes und strukturiertes Arbeiten
