Our client is a Globally operating Swiss Lab-Tech manufacturer of 800+ employees, looking to add to their 35-strong software development team. \\n

In this exciting role would be responsible for helping this team to build mobile applications for their cyber-physical products. \\n

Tasks \\n

- \\n
- Coach agile teams in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)\\n
- Integrate related methodologies within the company\\n
- Develop standards and requirements for the agile process\\n
- Provide training to employees on the agile processes\\n
- Help teams navigate agile tools and software\\n
- Encourage employee and stakeholder buy-in\\n
- Support the Head of Software Engineering on the introduction of SAFe\\n
- Training and coaching of SW Toolchain (Confluence, Azure DevOps)\\n
\\n
\\n
- \\n
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.\\n
- Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\\n
- Proficient understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.\\n
- Ideally, some exposure to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).\\n
- Familiarity with agile software development practices, including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and BizDevSecOps.\\n
- Previous experience with offshore/nearshore/onshore models is a significant advantage.\\n
- Proficient in written and spoken English.\\n
\\n
