SoftwareOne seeks a visionary Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead our global Compliance Program. You will be at the forefront of shaping and enhancing our strategies to ensure we meet the highest regulatory standards, and the expectations of leading software and cloud providers worldwide. Your role will involve driving the activities of SoftwareOne's Compliance Team in accordance with principles of 'compliance by design'. As a trusted advisor and independent voice, you will embody our values while engaging with the organization.

Lead and evolve SoftwareOne's global Compliance Program to assess and manage compliance risks by implementing robust controls and processes, driving continuous improvement, and upholding the highest standards of integrity across all operations Empower and lead the Compliance Team, fostering a culture of integrity through training, enablement, and close partnership with Legal, IT Security, People & Culture, and Operations Act as the primary escalation point for integrity and compliance issues, including ownership of the Whistleblower Channel and oversight of confidential investigations with objectivity and discretion Own and optimize SoftwareOne's compliance management systems, ensuring global risks are proactively managed and subsidiaries maintain strong local compliance practices Engage and advise senior leadership, including regular updates to the Executive Board and the Board's Audit Committee, on compliance risks as well as the performance and strategic direction of the global Compliance Program Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and hyperscalers, to anticipate regulatory changes, align compliance efforts, and enable business outcomes
What we need to see from you:Proven leadership experience, including within integrity and compliance Extensive experience with integrity and compliance related work in an international business environment Experience in managing complex integrity and compliance investigations using methods and procedures which ensure confidentiality, accountability, and objectivity Demonstrated autonomy in achieving departmental objectives in support of the corporate strategic vision Ability to build trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders, positively influencing and fostering integrity and compliance Ability to work on complex and sensitive issues with objectivity and confidentiality
