Your mission

Be the architect of scalable, ultra-lean organizational structures that empower driven teams to move fast and deliver massively. Engineer and oversee platform operations, process standardization, and workflow automation across the full auto finance lifecycle. Lead high-impact integration projects with clients (e,g, OEMs, dealers) and partners (e.g. banks, insurances,), from pitching to flawless execution. Drive the highest standards in quality assurance, compliance automation, and operational resilience--ensuring every detail, process, and customer touchpoint is frictionless and future-proof. Spearhead organizational transformation to achieve maximum automation with minimal headcount. Shape a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your profile

Proven expertise (10-15 years) in auto finance/lending operations and business process automation Hands-on experience building ultra-efficient organizations leveraging automated workflows Deep understanding of credit decisioning, regulatory compliance, and digital integrations Proficiency in platform management, APIs, and real-time systems Obsessive attention to operational detail and systematic process optimization In-depth experience in establishing and implementing operational excellence in the finance, automotive, or fintech sectors Excellent communication skills: English & German fluency required
