Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

Wir suchen eine/n Werkstudent/in zur Erweiterung unseres regionalen Supply Chain Management Solution Customer Success Managers (SCM S-CSM) Teams in der Rolle einer Back-Office Position. Sie werden die Schlusselperson sein, die das Team bei den taglichen und laufenden Aufgaben unterstutzt.

Abfrage und Aufbereitung von Daten fur Ad-hoc- oder kontinuierliche Analysen und Reporting Unterstutzung in der Vorbereitung, Durchfuhrung und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Manager in strategischen Teamprojekten Unterstutzung des Teams bei allgemeinen geschaftsbezogenen Verwaltungsaufgaben Unterstutzung des Teams bei laufenden Projekten und Events

Das solltest du mitbringen

Student (w/m/d) im Masterstudium an einer Universitat oder Hochschule, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder IT. Interesse an der digitalen Transformation und technologischen Losungen im Bereich Supply Chain Management. Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere XLS, PPT und Word sind von Vorteil Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert mit der Fahigkeit, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick sowie die Fahigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewaltigen. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Verfugbar 15-20 Stunden pro Woche, flexibel gestaltbar nach Vorlesungzeiten und Semesterferien.

Fast jeder kennt das Problem leerer Regale und Lieferengpasse aus dem Privatleben. Deshalb ist Supply Chain Management (SCM) fur unsere Kunden, SAP und die Gesellschaft so wichtig. Als Teil der Abteilung Customer Success unterstutzt unser regionales SCM S-CSM-Team Supply-Chain-Kunden bei der Einfuhrung, Nutzung und Erweiterung von SAP-Produkten. Das Portfolio umfasst Losungen fur die gesamte Wertschopfungskette - von Design (z. B. SAP Intelligent Product Design), Planung (z. B. SAP Integrated Business Planning), Fertigung (z. B. SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud), Distributionslogistik (z. B. SAP Transportation Management) bis hin zu After-Sales-Losungen (z. B. SAP Field Service Management). Der Nachhaltigkeitsaspekt der Lieferkette spielt dabei eine entscheidende und zunehmend wichtige Rolle.

Deine Bewerbungsunterlagen sollten neben einem Anschreiben, tabellarischen Lebenslauf, aktuellen Notenspiegel und gultiger Immatrikulationsbescheinigung auch Kopien von Zwischen-, Schulabschluss- und, soweit vorhanden, Arbeitszeugnissen (Praktika) als Anlagen enthalten. Bitte beschreibe ausserdem deine Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in Fremdsprachen und Computerprogrammen/Programmiersprachen.
