Your responsibilities:
Drive Sales Performance
+ Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques
+ Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences
+ Support and collaborate with your boutique team
+ Contribute ideas to boost sales (merchandising, events, product mix)
Embrace omnichannel sales to maximize every client touchpoint

Develop Client Relationships
+ Act as a passionate TAG Heuer Brand Ambassador, in and outside the boutique
+ Build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling, outreach, appointments)
+ Communicate the TAG Heuer story and brand values with enthusiasm
Ensure Operational Excellence
+ Support daily boutique operations under management supervision
+ Utilize retail tools (CEGID, Salesforce) effectively
+ Oversee aftersales processes until product return
+ Uphold grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising standards
+ Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
Ensure store maintenance and compliance with internal policies

Profile
Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail, ideally watches or jewelry
Strong sales and client service track record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English
Proven clienteling ability and customer focus
High commercial awareness and attention to detail
Proficient with retail/CRM tools (e.g., CEGID, Salesforce)
Flexible for retail hours (weekends, holidays)
Great personal presentation
Passion for luxury and the TAG Heuer brand
