Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS) for Advisory, a team of global consultants dedicated to helping our clients grow their businesses through strategic execution and implementation support.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Quantify solution value and differentiation
Create sales materials and presentations
Identify key stakeholders and processes
Spot challenges and opportunities across clients
Develop custom and scalable products using Visa and third-party assets
Find third-party partners for solution enhancement
Develop profitable pricing strategies
Manage projects and programs effectively
Consistently deliver high-quality results
Implement hands-on solutions comfortably
Possess knowledge of on-premises and cloud data architecture
Apply data application techniques in statistics, machine learning, and AI
Utilize BI reporting and UI/UX approaches
Stay updated on data science developments
Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities
Showcase expertise in analytics, AI, and Data Science
Build relationships for cross-selling and up-selling
Collaborate for efficient deployments
Communicate technical and non-technical aspects of solutions
Work comfortably with diverse Visa clients
Maintain deep understanding of competitive environment for Visa solutions
Leverage that understanding to shape solutions that differentiate Visa
Demonstrate executive leadership when conversing with clients

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (Tuesday - Thursday), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
