Role
In this demanding role at the heart of Chain IQ's operating model, you will manage one of our most strategic global key accounts. As the primary point of contact for C-level and senior stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships and ensuring expectations are met and exceeded, while driving profitable growth for Chain IQ.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Account Strategy
: Create and implement long-term account strategies aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
Drive Growth and Transformation
: Identify opportunities for expansion and lead consulting and transformation initiatives across functions.
Manage Financial Performance
: Oversee account P&L, optimize resource allocation, and ensure profitability targets are met.
Establish Governance and Performance Monitoring
: Set up governance frameworks to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure consistent delivery against contractual commitments.
Lead Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to foster trust and partnership.
Leverage Data for Insights
: Use analytics to enhance client success, improve account performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure Value Delivery
: Monitor and guarantee consistent value delivery aligned with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Provide Leadership Across Global Teams
: Lead directly and indirectly within a global matrix organization, promoting collaboration and accountability.
Requirements
Professional Background:
Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to Financial Services, Private Banking, and/or Wealth Management.
Academic Background:
Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or supply chain management (MBA preferred).
Client Relationship Management
: Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and influence key stakeholders effectively.
Procurement
: Solid understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.
Analytical Skills
: Strong analytical capabilities with experience handling and interpreting large data sets.
Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluency in German, Italian, or French.
Leadership & Mindset
: Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with initial leadership experience.
