Client Service Associate - Private Banking
Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Client Service Associate.
Location: Geneva
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
Deliver comprehensive service support to clients, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including documentation for account openings, closings, and loan disbursals.
Organize and document all aspects of client/prospect meetings, including pre-call planning, post-meeting notes, and call reports.
Business Development
Assist bankers in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into private banking clients.
Conduct research to generate new leads, develop prospects, and network to identify referrals.
Coordinate and support client events to foster relationships and attract new business.
Relationship Management
Deepen existing client relationships through detailed analysis and tailored recommendations.
Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, with a focus on investment products.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide timely and accurate revenue tracking, deal pipeline reports, and other relevant business information.
Apply analytical thinking and data analysis tools to support business decisions and recommendations.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all client documentation complies with KYC/AML regulations and internal policies.
Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation by adhering to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Escalate and manage control issues transparently, contributing to a culture of compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to address variable and complex issues.
In-depth knowledge of private banking or financial services, industry standards, and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills for exchanging complex or sensitive information.
Ability to systematically break down and communicate information to team members and clients.
Professional judgment in interpreting data and making recommendations.
Proven ability to work independently while integrating effectively with the broader team.
