Your role

Are you customer-focused person with a good record of resolving inquiries? Do you like helping clients in solving their transactional inquiries related to their custody relationship with UBS Switzerland AG?

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to:
  • ensure smooth communication in our day-to-day queries with clients and stakeholders
  • provide and create ideas for new digitalization project, increasing automation within the section
  • challenge and adapt processes to optimize quality and duration of response time
  • single point of contact for client and stakeholder regarding operational topics related to custody services
  • comply with all regulatory, policy and quality standards, contributing to an effective risk culture

Your team

You will be working in a mid-size team with motivated colleagues with different background and cultures in Zurich. We work closely with front and back offices colleagues, external vendors and IT in order to best serve the client. answering their queries. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services and experience, while continuously challenging our processes, efficiency and behavior

Your expertise
  • relevant commercial education (apprenticeship or higher education)
  • persistent in finding the right solution for the client
  • passionate in dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
  • focused on timely and accurate answer to clients inquiries
  • MS Excel/Power Point/ Word/ Outlook knowledge
  • technical skills driving innovation and digitalization
  • fluent in English, German conversational. French and Italian is a plus
