Abbott Medical in Switzerland is hiring for its Electrophysiology (EP) division
Clinical Application Specialist / Field Technical Engineer Electrophysiology - Switzerland
to be based in region Berne
In this responsible position, you will support our customers during procedures with technical expertise and promote patient well-being.
Your main responsibilities
  • Supervision of electrophysiology examinations
  • Working in a highly complex medical field with a willingness to pursue further training
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of medical devices in the catheterization lab during intracardiac procedures
  • Supporting existing customers and initiating customer training
  • Expanding and deepening customer relationships in close collaboration with the entire Swiss team
  • Providing support for the maintenance of medical devices and clinical studies
Your profile
  • Academic background or practical experience in the field of medicine / medical technology
  • Knowledge in cardiology/electrophysiology
  • Organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility, willingness to travel
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to help and a positive attitude, team spirit
  • Ability to represent the company professionally and with the highest integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong business communication skills in German and English (additional French language skills are an advantage)
  • Class B driver's license
  • Resident in the Berne region or willing to relocate there
