Wirtschaftliches sowie qualitativ einwandfreies und termingetreues Herstellen von Produkten nach Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) im 2-Schichtbetrieb.

DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN: * Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen, Kontrollmitteln und Vorrichtungen gemass Anweisungen Einrichten, Bedienen und Uberwachen von CNC Kurz- und/oder Langrehmaschinen

• Vornehmen von Werkzeugwechsel und -korrekturen sowie Storungsbehebungen
• Reinigen von Maschinen und Ausfuhren einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
• Mithilfe beim Erstellen und Optimieren einfacher NC- und CNC-Programmen innerhalb von Projekten
• Bearbeiten von Arbeitsauftragen gemass QS-Richtlinien und Arbeitsunterlagen
• Selbst-, Erststuck- und Gegenprufung
• Korrektes und vollstandiges Ausfullen der Produktionsunterlagen nach GDP
• Abarbeiten von Auftragen nach Anweisungen des Vorgesetzten
• Melden von Abweichungen der Vorgabezeiten
• Kennen und Befolgen der Richtlinien bezuglich Verhaltenskodex, Ethik- und Compliance-Programmen sowie anderer relevanter Regelungen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

• Mechanische Ausbildung plus 1-2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung oder Hohere Schulausbildung ohne formale Ausbildung, aber mehrjahrige Erfahrung und zusatzliche Trainingskurse
• Erfahrung auf CNC-Maschinen (Kurz- und/oder Langdrehen)
• Fliessende Deutsch Kenntnisse
• Saubere und Selbststandige Arbeitsweise
