In the Business Area Grinding & Dispersing, innovative process solutions are developed using wet grinding and dispersing for the production of, for example, printing inks, chemicals & cosmetics, or lithium-ion batteries.
As part of the finance and commercial team you secure the commercial knowledge across all regions for the business area Grinding & Dispersing.
This is where you'll excel
You create and implement commercial concepts for customer projects
You support and consult the sales team
You lead commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers
You develop contracts and agreements in collaboration with other specialist departments
You ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management (ORM)
You optimize and standardize processes in your area of responsibility
You participate in strategy and corporate projects in the Grinding & Dispersing area
These are the skills you'll need
Completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, MBA) in business administration/law or commercial training with relevant further education (e.g., export manager, advanced professional examination, etc.)
Several years of professional experience (3+ years) in a similar environment
Very good understanding of international contract law and export financing aspects (including taxes, trade affairs and sanctions, compliance, logistics, etc.)
Proven track record in negotiations or projects with international customers
Strong social skills as well as diplomacy and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional foreign language an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally for business (approx. 10%)
