To strengthen our innovative F&B team, we are looking for you as a dynamic and motivated Commis de Rang in our Lobby Bar for the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities


Managing a station in the Kempinski Bar & Lobby during early and late shifts Serving food and beverages Preparing cocktails and long drinks Cashier duties (Micros system) Opening the bar Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks Participating in weekly training sessions Working in accordance with Kempinski standards Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy. Resilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness. Structured and organised way of working. Keen interest in team-oriented work. Your motto is to be a perfect and charming host to every guest. Very good German and English skills are a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable Benefits
