Key Responsibilities
Serving food & announcing orders at the table
Bread, butter and water service
Food running from the kitchen pass to the Neora restaurant
Supporting the chef de rang during evening service
Daily mise en place tasks
Cleaning tasks in the restaurant and office
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Completed training in a comparable hotel and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy
Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Great interest in team-oriented work
Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
Very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable
