we are looking for a dedicated Commis de Rang to join our team in Gstaad, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient service for our valued guests.Become part of a service where quality, teamwork and passion for food are at the heart of everything we do.
Independent management of a post Personal responsibility Professional advice and care of our guests Professional serving of food and beverages Ensuring smooth work processes at your own station, in compliance with our quality standards Provision of the required mise en place Supporting the restaurant management in the accomplishment of daily tasks
Completed vocational training and an interest in gaining valuable practical experience. You work cleanly, efficiently and creatively and also value a well-groomed appearance. You are flexible and motivated to learn new things. You have a broad knowledge of our regional products, producers and menus in order to be able to advise guests in the best possible way
