Nova Motors is a premium international car import and brokerage brand helping clients across the GCC import vehicles directly from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

We manage the entire process, vehicle sourcing, inspection, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery, making international car importing simple, transparent, and reliable.

Due to growing international demand, Nova Motors is expanding its network of

independent, commission-based sales representatives

The Opportunity

We are seeking

experienced, self-driven sales professionals based in Switzerland

to collaborate with us as

independent contractors

on a

100% commission basis

.

This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential, and who are comfortable working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients (individual buyers, dealers, or businesses) interested in importing vehicles Introduce and explain Nova Motors' services in a professional and transparent manner Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, social media, and outbound outreach Conduct initial discussions and preliminary negotiations with clients Coordinate with Nova Motors' operations team for pricing confirmation and approvals Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, or digital platforms Provide regular updates on leads and deal progress

Note: All final pricing, contracts, and approvals are handled directly by Nova Motors.

Candidate Profile

Residing in

Switzerland

Proven sales experience (any industry); automotive or high-ticket sales is a strong advantage Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Self-employed mindset and ability to work independently Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, email, and social media for business communication Fluent in

English

(required); or Arabic is a plus

Legal & Contractual Framework (Clarity)

This role is offered

strictly as an independent contractor relationship

No employment relationship is created No base salary, benefits, or guaranteed income Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, social contributions, and insurance in Switzerland No authority to legally bind Nova Motors or issue guarantees
