JOB OBJECTIVE



? Develop and execute brand-aligned communication strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Strategy & Implementation

Define and implement tailored communication strategies for each brand, taking into account their distinct identities and target audiences. Craft powerful and emotionally engaging narratives, adapted to the worlds of luxury, corporate events,...

External Communication

Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with differentiated and consistent editorial lines. Oversee content production (copywriting, video editing, photo retouching) with a refined aesthetic and compelling storytelling. Brief and coordinate visual suppliers (photographers, videographers) to ensure brand-aligned representation. Adapt tone and messaging to suit each brand's identity and audience and enhancing performance through competitive benchmarking. Represent MCI Switzerland at key industry events, ensuring a strong presence and visibility. Manage communication efforts for high-profile events.

Internal Communication

Develop and maintain internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees. Support Managing Directors with internal and external presentations, including corporate meetings and strategic updates.

Sales Pitches & Client Presentations

Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for RFPs. Lead the creation of high-impact pitch decks, especially for corporate and PCO clients. Craft case studies and success stories to showcase brand expertise and impact. Collaborate with Business Units to position and promote our stand-alone services through targeted marketing plans Design memorable client experiences through events, while strengthening sustainable partnerships and ensuring cohesive, impactful communication

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR



Master's degree in communication, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, marketing, or digital content management. Proven ability to develop and implement cross-channel communication strategies. Strong understanding of branding and ability to adapt messaging for multiple audiences. Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital campaigns. Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and presentation. Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.). Fluency in English and proficiency in a second language (French or German preferred). Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.

THE GOOD-TO-HAVE



Experience working within a global agency or corporate environment. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing trends. Previous experience in luxury brand communication or event marketing. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
