Our client is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Data Protection Manager (H/F/X) to become an integral part of their industry. As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring ethical business practices and safeguarding sensitive information.

Employment: Part-time (60 to 80%), Permanent

Missions
  • You will provide technical support to the management in evaluating, managing, and monitoring compliance risks, including corruption, competition law, data protection, and conflicts of interest.
  • You are responsible for implementing the minimum requirements defined by the L&C Management in alignment with the CMS integration concept and implementation process.
  • You will support the L&C Management in conducting compliance monitoring and controls.
  • You will assist the L&C Management in creating and maintaining an inventory of the group Migros\\\' key legal and compliance risks.
  • You\\\'ll develop and maintain an internal point of contact for compliance-related queries.
  • You are in charge of coordinating investigations into identified or potential compliance violations, particularly those with significant consequences requiring specialist intervention.
  • You\\\'ll participate in L&C Management compliance conferences, communicating relevant content to local management and other compliance-involved employees.
Profil du candidat
  • You will hold a university degree with a background in finance and/or administration, such as a Bachelor\\\'s from a university or specialized school.
  • With several years of experience in a comparable role within the manufacturing industry, you bring a wealth of knowledge.
  • Fluent in Frenchand English, German is a plus.
  • You possess a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in reporting procedures.
  • Your work approach is structured, solution-oriented, and independent.
  • An analytical mindset that can grasp the complexity of procedures and regulations characterizes you.
  • Your communication skills are excellent.
  • A certified compliance professional is a valuable addition.
