Your Tasks
- Approach prospects in our target segment (Life Sciences and Medtech) and advise them on their hiring strategy to follow their missions.
- Win recruitment mandates and manage the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, placement)
- Become your candidates' life-long agent for their future career development. Become your clients' trusted advisor for HR Solutions.
- Collaborate with internal Area Content Experts for specialized roles when needed
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends and talent movements
- Proven background in recruitment-either in-house, agency, or executive search
- Successful track record in business development and client relationship management
- At least 2 (or 3) years business experience in one company in Switzerland.
- Fluent in German and English or French and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Very good understanding of the Life Sciences/Medtech /pharma sector is mandatory
