Key Responsibilities
Support the
design and implementation
of managed services tailored to client needs in terms ofscope, scale, and speed
.Collaborate with clients to
co-create solutions
addressing key challenges such as regulatory change, operational efficiency, or digital transformation.Contribute to
financial and operational models
that increase flexibility and optimize cost structures.Participate in the setup of
delivery models
such as Build-Operate-Transfer, As-a-Service, or captive transitions.Apply structured
methodologies and governance frameworks
to ensure efficient and compliant delivery.####
Profile & Skills
2-10 years' experience
in consulting, financial services, or project management.Proven ability to work with
C-level stakeholders
(CFO, CIO, COO) and translate business needs into actionable solutions.Strong analytical mindset and
service-design skills
with focus on efficiency and measurable outcomes.Fluency in
German and English
(both required);Swiss German
or French is a plus.University degree in
Business, Economics, or IT
(Master's degree preferred).Experience with
international project environments
(e.g. delivery hubs in Europe or Asia) is an asset.Exposure to high-impact projects in the Swiss financial industry.
