\\n Collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Lead to create digital content for our global campaigns and promotional initiatives that drives engagement \\xe2\\x80\\x93 with a strong focus on video content. Dive into data analytics to understand audience behaviour and tailor content strategies to resonate with our target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to all performance marketing initiatives. Own and manage our social media editorial calendar, scheduling LinkedIn posts via Sprout Social and ensuring a steady stream of high-quality, SEO-optimized, and data-driven content across all digital platforms. Monitor content performance and deliver KPI reporting.\\n

\\n Project & Stakeholder Management\\n
\\n
\\n Manage implementation of content tactics in line with the overall marketing communications and business strategy. Balance multiple content projects with competing priorities, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the company to execute the content strategy. Proactively report regularly on project status to your line manager, team members and marketing partners.\\n

\\n Ihr Profil\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • Bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.\\n
  • 5-7 years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in digital content creation in B2B marketing, media, or advertising/agency environment.\\n
  • Broad expertise and portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging, high-quality content across various digital platforms, including samples optimised with AI content tools.\\n
  • Proficiency in content SEO, CMS, and social media with proficiency in AI content platforms (e.g. GPT-4)\\n
  • Proven experience in producing compelling video content which performs on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube.\\n
  • Ann avid performance marketer with expertise in analytics and content performance metrics.\\n
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.\\n
  • Solid experience in a digital content marketing role preferably in the B2B industry; industry experience in warehouse automation or intralogistics would be an asset.\\n
  • Effective communicator with an audience-first mindset.\\n
  • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.\\n
  • Attention to detail and an affinity towards design optimized for marketing performance.\\n
  • Self-motivated individual who has the ability to work autonomously and at the same time thrives in a high-performance team environment.\\n
  • Self-starter who thinks outside of the box and initiate new ideas.\\n
