The role (what you'll do)
Plan and run a lean editorial calendar (focus: 1-2 LinkedIn posts/week + 1 newsletter/month).
Research events, trends, incidents and reference content (Tech, AI, Software, Innovation, PPM, etc.) and turn insights into clear, useful narratives.
Write and publish directly on LinkedIn (company and founder profiles): draft, schedule, post, and monitor basic engagement.
Create/edit supporting assets: image/graphic edits and short-form video edits for social/email/web.
Capture content yourself: take photos and record short videos on your smartphone (events, office moments, demos) with basic framing/audio awareness and consent etiquette.
Set up and send email campaigns with common tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo).
Repurpose content (post ? carousel ? newsletter) and keep our content hub tidy.
Maintain language balance: produce content in both German and English.
You'll be great at this if you...
Are fluent in German and English (writing + publishing-ready).
Have an IT / Information Systems background -- Master's student in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or similar strongly preferred.
Love to write & research about Tech, AI, software development, innovation & transformation.
Can explain technical topics to business leaders (clear, concise, low jargon).
Are organised, proactive, and comfortable owning an editorial process end-to-end (from research to posting).

LinkedIn (company & founder posting, scheduling, basic analytics)
LinkedIn Ads (nice to have)
Email campaign tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo)
YouTube (channel basics, uploading, Shorts repurposing)
Image editing (Photoshop/Canva) and video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut/DaVinci)
Mobile content capture (iOS/Android): confident shooting short clips and photos you can quickly edit for social
Basic analytics literacy (read dashboards, interpret results, propose tests)
How we work (simple cadence)
Setup (week 1): narrative, ICP, key messages, posting cadence, voice guide.
Content engine: 1-2 LinkedIn posts/week, 1 newsletter/month (optional blog snippet).
Measure & learn: monitor engagement, CTR, open rates and lead quality; propose small experiments.
Hourly pay based on experience and student status; statutory vacation compensation; Swiss social insurance per law (AHV/IV/EO, UVG/NBU as applicable).
