Job Description

Highly skilled professional responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the entire production site. Mission is to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Lead cross-functional projects and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities:



Continuous Improvement Leadership -

Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives using operational excellence methodologies such as DMAIC and PDCA.

Stakeholder Management -

Collaborate with department heads and shop floor operators to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. Collaborate and communicate with corporate functions, report project status to Corporate Continuous Improvement team.

Project and Program Management -

Manage site project portfolios, including Continuous Improvement programs and CAPEX projects implementations, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

Technical Expertise -

Leverage deep expertise in pharmaceutical production processes and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) tracking systems, to optimize operational performance.

Statistical Analysis -

Apply statistical expertise to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Productivity Enhancement -

Drive productivity enhancements, including cycle time reduction, OEE and yield improvement, while reducing waste and maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Cost Reduction Programs -

Develop and execute cost-reduction initiatives to optimize operational expenses, without compromising product quality or safety, and maintain the site's project list.

Qualifications & Skills:



Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector, with strong technical expertise in pharmaceutical processes and statistical analysis. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt certification is a significant advantage. Proven ability to apply operational excellence methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results in productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, including corporate stakeholders. Knowledge of strategy deployment methodologies (e.g. OKR or Hoshin Kanri) is a plus. Experience with MES solutions (e.g. PharmaSuite) and OEE digital applications. Fluent in French and English.
