WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a motivated contract lawyer (m/f/d) to join our team. You should be practical and business-oriented, with a strong understanding of Swiss and international commercial legal frameworks. This role involves working on contracts and related legal issues in Switzerland and beyond, while supporting strategic business initiatives.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
• Providing legal advice on commercial and contractual matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders in an interdisciplinary setting, to develop practical solutions for business needs
• Supporting the business in risk assessments and ensure legal compliance on an international level
• Design and implementation of internal training courses

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Master's degree in law
• Several years of working experience in a multinational company
• Ideally, experience in the industrial sector
• Ability to translate complex legal principles into practical, business-friendly solutions
• Contractually secure written and spoken German and English skills
• Integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
