Coordinateur Ressources Humaines (H/F) 80 - 100% - (CDD - 5 mois)

Dans le cadre d'un renforcement des equipes RH, nous recherchons une personne pour notre site base a La Chaux-de-Fonds. Vous serez en charge de diverses missions administratives et de gestion des ressources humaines.

Job responsibilities

Gestion du cycle de vie des collaborateurs : + Redaction et gestion des contrats de travail, avenants et autres documents contractuels. + Gestion du temps de travail des collaborateurs : saisie des absences, correction des pointages, et suivi mensuel des heures travaillees.
Gestion administrative RH : + Point de contact des collaborateurs. + Realisation des declarations aupres des organismes sociaux (AVS, LPP, permis de travail, etc.) et gestion des declarations d'accidents et de maladies.
+ Suivi et administration des dossiers relatifs aux allocations familiales.
Gestion des contrats interimaires : + Administration et suivi des contrats de travail temporaire.

Profile

Formation : + Diplome de CFC employe de commerce avec certificat d'assistant RH ou brevet federal, ou Bachelor type HEG ou titre equivalent. Experience : + Premiere experience reussie dans une fonction RH similaire, Competences et qualites : + Organise et rigoureux, capable de gerer plusieurs taches simultanement et de definir les priorites. + Discretion et capacite a gerer des donnees confidentielles.
+ Excellentes competences relationnelles et sens du tact, permettant de repondre efficacement aux demandes internes et externes.
+ Appetence pour les chiffres et capacite analytique importante.
Competences techniques : + Maitrise avancee d'Excel. + Connaissance de SAP serait un atout.
