Within the OneVision Agency rollout team, we are looking for a

Project Management Officer

(PMO) to works with Geneva program's staff and offshore teams.


Reporting to the Lead Program Management Officer, The Project Management Officer will play a

key role in the implementation of standard processes, methodologies, and monitoring for the entire program and across all the MSC technology offices

. He/she will be directly exposed to Senior Management and will bring a significant contribution to the decision-making process by preparing detailed analysis and briefs.

Some of your key responsibilities.

Support Lead PMO in the design and implementation of the program strategy.

Contribute to the design and implementation of new organizational standards across multiple MSC Technology Offices.

Produce strategic briefs for the Senior Management on a wide range of topics.

Perform analysis on complex datasets and synthetise key findings for the Senior Management.

Support critical projects transition to Agile.

Create and maintain a program communication plan.

Implement a quality control approach across multiple MSC Technology Offices.

Contribute to the design and organization of a technical learning academy.

Implement operational and strategic KPIs to monitor program performance.

Administrate program management tools (Ex: SharePoint; Azure DevOps; PowerBI; Excel).

Organize international meetings and events.

Who are you?

5 to 8 years of experience as PMO or Management Consultant. Proven to coordinate a team located in different offices. Previous experience in working in a multicultural environment, nearshore, offshore.

Advanced knowledge of organizational design methodologies. Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies. Formal qualification in project management is a strong plus.

Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Power BI and VBA macros are a strong plus.

Project management techniques and tools.

Flawless English communication skills (oral and written).
