About the Role



We are seeking a highly organised and service-driven Corporate Human Resources Coordinator to support our Corporate HR Team across eight global offices. This role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless, high-touch colleague experience throughout the full employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes consistently reflect the premium standards of our brand. From onboarding and HR administration to colleague engagement and office welfare, you will be a trusted first point of contact for our corporate colleagues and a key partner to the wider HR team.


Key Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from corporate colleagues, providing guidance or escalating as appropriate. Prepare and administer HR documentation including contracts, amendments, status changes, visa paperwork, and offboarding documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within personnel files and the HR system (Workday). Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming colleague experience. Administer colleague benefits and registrations, including pensions, local authority registrations, parental leave, right-to-work checks, and visas. Compile and submit accurate monthly payroll inputs (starters, leavers, and changes) for all corporate offices. Support colleague engagement initiatives, office welfare activities, and corporate social events across global offices. Assist with HR compliance by supporting adherence to internal policies, procedures, and local legal requirements. Support HR budget tracking by processing HR-related invoices and expenses. Collaborate closely with Office Managers on new joiner setup, office communications, and general coordination while providing wider administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements



Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Human Resources or similar administrative role. Fluency in English is essential; C1 level German (written and spoken) is desirable. Kaufmannische Grundbildung (EFZ), Personal Assistant Certificate, or equivalent office administration qualification is desirable. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks. Approachable, service-oriented, and confident interacting with colleagues at all levels. Demonstrated discretion and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. Enjoys supporting others, coordinating activities, and contributing to colleague engagement initiatives. Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple offices and cultures in a global corporate environment.
