(Account Executive) to establish and grow our Switzerland market. You'll be the first hire in the country, owning the full sales cycle while also leading and expanding a local team. This is a founding role with potential to grow into a Country Manager position as the market and team expand.
Being located in Switzerland will help you build meaningful connections and grow the market from the ground up.
Your responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by proactively hunting new business and closing mid-market deals
Build relationships with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
Conduct product demos, negotiations, and contract signings
Identify, organize, and run local HR events in collaboration with partners
Work closely with the central marketing team (Berlin) to support campaigns and initiatives
Maintain CRM data, pipeline, and forecasts
Be a founding hire, establishing Switzerland as a key market and laying the groundwork for a local team (potential to grow into a Country Manager role)
Manage additional AEs in the region - starting with one additional hire and expanding as we hit milestones
You'll be successful with these skills:
4+ years in B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying AE)
Proven track record in closing mid-market or enterprise deals (20-100k ACVs)
Hunter mentality - you actively pursue new business, thrive in cold outreach, and build your own pipeline
Experience or interest in HR Tech, mental health, or people management solutions
Ability to engage with multiple personas: C-Level, HR, Finance, IT
Native or near-native Swiss German (must have) & fluent English
Growth mindset, proactive, self-starter
