Your key responsibilities
Inclusion :
Support our inclusion certification process in 7 countries (project management, data collection, stakeholder engagement)
Communities and network
: Assist in organizing and coordinating our employee-led communities network activities (such Employee Resources Groups and Young professionals group) , including event planning, communications, and ideation sessions. Support on organizing connections and cross-functional collaboration events with business leaders, HRBP's, Local / Regional HR members, etc.
Women Leadership Development program
: Assist on the deployment of our "Women Acceleration Program", i.e. participant communication, coordination with the vendor, KPIs definition and tracking
Leadership identity deployment:
Support the rollout of Leadership Identity (content deployment, guides, sharepoint page) and Leadership assessment tactical activities, including tracking completion, collecting feedback, and generating reports

You bring
Strong analytical skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks independently with guidance
Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Comfortable working in global and virtual environments
A true passion for Culture & Inclusion, and Development topics
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and digital platforms
Excellent command of English (C1/C2) orally and in writing. Good level of French a plus
Master Student in Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources related fields
