The Role



We're on the hunt for a Customer Acquisition & Logistics Specialist, someone who's fluent in Swiss German and excited to connect with customers, build relationships, and help us expand our footprint across Switzerland.

You'll mix sales hustle, local market know-how, and hands-on logistics coordination. One day you'll be talking to new customers in Zurich, and the next you'll be making sure devices and SIMs reach them right on time.

What You'll Do



Customer Growth



Identify and connect with new B2C and B2B customers across Switzerland. Present and sell Travelwifi's connectivity solutions in person and online. Build relationships in the local market using your Swiss German communication skills. Support marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Track leads, conversions, and feedback to improve acquisition strategy.

Operations & Logistics



Manage deliveries, shipments, and returns between our Zurich office and other hubs. Oversee inventory and ensure customers receive devices and SIMs promptly. Handle small logistics tasks (packaging, stock tracking, documentation). Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced setup.

Collaboration & Growth



Work closely with the global sales and operations teams. Share local insights to help shape product and marketing strategies. Take initiative propose ideas, try new things, and grow your impact.

What You Bring



1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or logistics or a strong willingness to learn fast.

Fluent in Swiss German and English

(French is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a "figure it out" attitude you like ownership and challenges. Organized, dependable, and ready to multitask. A team player who brings energy and positivity to work.

Pay: CHF4'166.66 - CHF5'000.00 per month
