With a nationwide presence, we are looking to strengthen our back office. To this end, we are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of 'Customer Service Agent (m/f)' on a four-month fixed-term contract at 20%-40% to strengthen our team.
Responsibilities:

• Identifying and responding to the needs of our customers/partners

• Handling requests by telephone, chat or email;
• Managing customer complaints;
• Calculating penalties/refunds for customers/partners;
• Providing support for our partners;

• Processing flags/tasks

• Tracking order progress;
• Preventing delays for customers;
• Participating in improvements to our tools;
• Reporting issues to Admin Customer Care;

• Administrative tasks

• Translations;
• Gold customer reactivation;
• Customer review calls;

• Other tasks

• At the request of their direct or indirect line manager, employees may be required to perform any other tasks directly or indirectly related to their position.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position in customer relations

• You are solution-oriented

• You have excellent interpersonal skills

• You have a good command of computer tools
• Italian-French excellent level
