Customer Care Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage and oversee after-sales projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service department to address client needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales processes.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any potential issues proactively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project outcomes and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.
- A relevant educational background (Master Degree) in business, project management, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years maximum of experience in marketing, business development (ideally in After-Sales or as a Sales Coordinator), or finance, with strong expertise in project management.
- Proficient in Excel, SAP and Power BI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in French;English.
- An ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
