Job Description

  • Manage and oversee after-sales projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service department to address client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales processes.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any potential issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project outcomes and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Support the team in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.
Recent graduate from a top business school with a 3 years experience in marketinProficient in SAP and Power BI
  • A relevant educational background (Master Degree) in business, project management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years maximum of experience in marketing, business development (ideally in After-Sales or as a Sales Coordinator), or finance, with strong expertise in project management.
  • Proficient in Excel, SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in French;English.
  • An ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
