Customer Engagement Blueprint serves as a collaborative tool where you can work with prospects to map their specific customer engagement challenges and demonstrate how Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) addresses them. Guide users through a comprehensive journey including defining context, setup, personas, brand voice, experiences, journeys, and data requirements to create personalized customer interactions at scale.

Orchestrate customer journey excellence:

Leverage our unified AI and workflow automation platform to show prospects how to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across all touchpoints with intelligent recommendations and next-best actions

Champion challenger selling:

Provide game-changing insights that teach customers entirely new ways to compete in their markets, using Pega's AI-powered decisioning as a strategic partner for customer-centric transformation

Accelerate deal cycles:

Master Pega's comprehensive value propositions across customer journey orchestration, personalization, and unified CX to map breakthrough solutions to complex client challenges to consistently exceed booking targets

Educational foundation:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world expertise that demonstrates your ability to navigate complex enterprise environments

Enterprise sales mastery:

8-10+ years successfully selling transformational enterprise software solutions to major organizations, or equivalent experience in high-level marketing services, consultancy, or agency environments

Executive relationship expertise:

Deep experience engaging with Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Data & Analytics Officer and other C-level executives around next-best-action strategies, predictive analytics, and real-time customer engagement platforms

Digital transformation insight:

Comprehensive understanding of the evolving digital marketing landscape, including AI-powered personalization, omnichannel orchestration, and autonomous customer engagement
