Job Description

For an important client in the Bellinzona area, we are hiring a hands-on and strategic engineer to lead the evolution of the enterprise Customer Identity Provider (IdP) platform. You'll start by deploying and configuring Keycloak, integrating it with SAP CDC and Microsoft Entra ID, and ensuring seamless authentication across the digital ecosystem. Over time, you'll grow into the platform owner-driving architecture, roadmap, and governance.
You'll shape B2B customer onboarding, security, and user experience across all customer-facing products.
You'll collaborate with CX, IT, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive identity flows.
Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and operate the corporate IdP, with a primary focus on Keycloak
  • Integrate SAP CDC, Microsoft Entra ID, and other systems into the IdP architecture, ensuring secure federation and token management
  • Collaborate with CX teams to design intuitive onboarding, login, and account recovery flows
  • Support infrastructure setup, customization, and day-to-day IdP administration
  • Provide technical guidelines for integrating identity services into customer-facing applications
  • Define and evolve the IdP architecture to ensure scalability, security, performance, and cost efficiency, with specific support for complex B2B scenarios
  • Own the platform roadmap, lifecycle management, and long-term evolution
  • Establish governance, compliance, and security standards for digital identity
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate platform adoption across internal teams
  • Oversee identity integration for customer-facing front-ends and CMS platforms
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience with Keycloak or similar IdPs
  • Deep knowledge of IAM/CIAM standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
  • Experience with identity federation and integration with platforms such as SAP CDC and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
