Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Job Description

  • Manage and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints via phone and email
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and monitor delivery schedules
  • Support customers with product information and service-related questions
  • Contribute to process improvements and team projects to enhance customer satisfaction

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) - plus French or Italian
  • Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle preferred)
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
