Manage and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints via phone and email
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and monitor delivery schedules
Support customers with product information and service-related questions
Contribute to process improvements and team projects to enhance customer satisfaction

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) - plus French or Italian
Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle preferred)
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
