Your Opportunity
Location: Stabio (Ticino)
As Customer Service Specialist you will be part of our team to be the point of contact in a B2B environment. You have a caring attitude, understand customer centricity and the ability to translate customers needs into effective solutions. You are either an accomplished professional or at the start of your career, either way you are a good team player willing to growth in a dynamic environment.
How will You contribute
- Customers orders portfolio management
- Orders Entry
- Work with internal partner functions (Logistics/Credit/..) to deliver solutions to customers problems
- Orders portfolio fulfillment
- Customer data management
- Communication to customers
You are a professional with strong interpersonal skills, attention to details and technicalities.
You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Languages, Economics or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Problem solving and focus on results
- Ability to interact with business functions and customers
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
