We are seeking for a tech savvy, self-driven ambitious talent, who is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our Enterprise Customers, ensuring that they are successful in using our product as soon as possible.
This exciting role includes providing training, support, and guidance as needed, as well as identifying and addressing any potential issues.
You are also responsible for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, generating referrals and owning the customer throughout the renewal process.
This role is based at our beautiful, redesigned Headquarter in Zurich- West.
