Now, we're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy team member to join our Customer Success Team and help us keep the bar high - and go even further.
Tasks
What You'll Do
Provide first- and second-level customer support via chat, email, and phone
Help users with onboarding, questions about investments, payments, and platform usage
Learn and support our internal tools & tech stack (training provided - no coding needed)
Play a key role in increasing the conversion from app install to active investor
Build and maintain proactive relationships with new users - not just reactive support
Collaborate with tech & product to escalate and solve complex issues
Support in internal admin tasks, including payment handling and quality controls
How we measure your success
First reply time: how quickly you respond to users
Resolution rate & time: how efficiently you solve user problems
Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and feedback scores
Conversion uplift: how your proactive support helps more users become active investors
Consistency & accuracy in admin and internal quality tasks
Requirements
Who You Are
You're early in your career, but hungry to learn and grow into a more client-facing or product-related role
You enjoy solving problems and working with both people and tools
You have a basic understanding of tech / IT systems (e.g. REST APIs, ticketing tools, platform logic)
You speak French and English fluently - German is a plus!
You like working independently, but never hesitate to ask when stuck
Experience in support, customer success, banking or fintech is a plus - but not required
