Job Mission

The Global Supply Chain Operations Organization seamlessly connects markets to the global manufacturing network by centrally managing supply, inventory and replenishment planning for Roche pharma products. We orchestrate the value streams between sites and affiliates by balancing the demand and supply equations across markets, products, manufacturing assets and inventory points. We ensure the right first-time order fulfillment and delivery of products everywhere and anytime in the global network.

The Customer Supply Manager owns the packaging and replenishment plan and is accountable for order fulfillment. The Customer Supply Manager incorporates and translates customer demand insights and market dynamics to execute central inventory management across different network nodes and creates a feasible packaging plan, in order to ensure on-time in-full order fulfillment of market needs. Moreover, the Customer Supply Manager leads cross-functional business review meetings with senior stakeholders to review performance, analyze root causes and define improvements to ensure a reliable supply, where performance targets and customer requirements are met or exceeded.

Your Impact

Your general accountability is defined by the Roche corporate directives, guidelines and operating principles, as well as by the company\\\'s core values and behaviours. In this particular role you will be accountable to:

Delivering an executable supply plan for packaging and scheduling for the assigned asset(s)/CMO(s) and/or product(s)

Performing reliable inventory management and replenishment planning to effectively meet demand and avoid obsolescence

Driving end-to-end trade-off analysis and decisions to allocate resources to the right priorities accounting for potential demand changes and supply constraints

Determining the appropriate segmentation strategy, replenishment model and planning parameters to meet market needs and improve operational productivity

Overseeing the complete order fulfillment lifecycle to ensure efficient, timely and complete delivery of products

Acting as an expert or senior advisor for supply planning and operations to manage and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, governance bodies and projects

For this position, we are looking for You with

Professional experience in supply chain

BS degree in relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent)

Strategy, finance and business acumen training (strong plus)

Experience with ERP (SD/MM) and supply chain planning systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
