BANKING SPECIALIST SWISS-GERMAN SPEAKING BASED IN ZURICH AND/OR OPEN TO WORK FROM GENEVA (TO START)




As a Banking Specialist at Alpian, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional banking support to our esteemed clients. From managing their cards to facilitating transactions and guiding investments, you will serve as their trusted advisor in the digital realm. Every interaction will be infused with the personalized touch that defines private banking, ensuring that our clients feel valued and understood.

:

Independently conduct client interactions via chat, emails, and phone calls. Take a lead role in promptly following up on client support inquiries through the
ticketing system.


Manage client relationships and take responsibility for onboarding and periodic
reviews.


Compile and analyze internal reports, including contact reports, complaints, and
technical bugs.


Escalate and coordinate with other departments for complex client requests.

Erfahrung / Fahigkeiten erforderlich

:

You have a CFC or federal maturity (Upper Secondary Education) and 1 to 5 years of experience in banking.


Passionate about client acquisition, you enjoy building strong relationships and providing tailored financial solutions.


Skilled in financial planning, portfolio management, and investment analysis, with a keen eye for detail.


Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating modern banking tools, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


A fast typist, ensuring efficiency in handling client interactions and documentation.


Fluent in (Swiss) German and English; French and Italian are a plus, making you an asset in a multicultural environment.


A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, with excellent interpersonal skills.


Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work.
