for an experienced Cutover Integration Lead
. Our mission is for one of our clients
, a Private Bank in Geneva
Your responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating
all system-related and vendor-related activities supporting the cutover.
Acting
as the primary liaison between internal IT teams, external vendors, and the Cutover Project Manager.
Managing and controlling
cutover technical environments, ensuring their availability, stability, and overall readiness.
Defining and planning
system integration activities and vendor workstreams in alignment with the overall cutover strategy.
Translating
system integration and vendor plans into cutover artefacts such as chronograms, runbooks, and rosters.
Ensuring
that all vendors and system owners commit to and deliver according to the agreed cutover timeline and readiness criteria.
Establishing and enforcing
governance around technical readiness, inter-system dependencies, risk identification, and mitigation actions.
Overseeing
execution during cutover rehearsals and the final go-live, while ensuring deviations are promptly escalated and resolved.
Providing
clear, structured reporting and regular status updates to the Cutover Project Manager and program leadership.
Qualifications
Your profile and skills:
You bring
expertise in system integration
, technical environment management, and cutover planning within complex IT landscapes.
You are
able to design, structure, and maintain
cutover artefacts such as
runbooks, chronograms, and rosters
.
You demonstrate an
understanding of multi-system architectures, vendor platforms
, and technical dependencies.
You
have been involved in major go-lives, system migrations, or transformation initiatives within multi-system environments
.
You possess
excellent communication and coordination skills.
You have
hands-on experience managing multiple external vendors and complex technical environments
.
You can easily work in
English and French.
You are a
Swiss resident or
willing to relocate.
