With a team of security experts across multiple locations, our client ensures information security for several hundreds of business customers in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Their clients include well-known banks, insurance companies, industrial companies, energy service providers, hospitals, as well as service providers and authorities.

As a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst, you\\\'ll have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of experts who are passionate about cybersecurity. You\\\'ll play a vital role in independently processing and analyzing our clients\\\' security offenses, helping to improve their security posture. By participating in regular service management meetings with clients, you\\\'ll understand their needs and actively contribute to enhancing their security. Additionally, you\\\'ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies, such as QRadar, Tanium, Cortex XDR, Splunk, and MS ATP, gaining valuable experience that will further your career in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze clients\\\' security offenses independently.
- Participate in service management meetings to understand client needs and improve security.
- Control and process monthly reports to optimize sensor systems and improve alert quality.
- Assist with customer onboarding and occasionally handle deployments.

Requirements:
- Completed studies in the field of computer science (FH/University) or completed computer science training EFZ with at least 2 years of relevant practical experience.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Unix, firewall, and log analysis.
- Knowledge of security incident management is an advantage.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: QRadar, Tanium, Cortex XDR, Splunk, MS ATP is an advantage.
- Job-related certifications are an advantage.
